The newest franchise which will participate in the Pro Wrestling League this season will be the MP Yodha and they have selected young starlets such as Pooja Dhanda and Ritu Phogat to represent them in their maiden appearance in the competition.
Dhanda bagged a silver medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games after narrowly losing out to Nigeria’s Odunayo Adekuoraye. She also won a bronze medal at the World Championship last year and would be hoping to replicate her amazing performances over the course of the PWL Season 4. Ritu Phogat comes from a family that is famous for producing champion wrestlers and Ritu has carved her own identity through her performances bagging Gold at the Commonwealth Wrestling Championship in 2016 and bronze at 2017 Asian championship.
